Jon LaRose

Jon is the owner and inspector at Sound Structure Home Inspections, where he is committed to providing thorough, high-quality inspection services at an affordable price. Throughout his career, he has completed more than 4,000 home inspections, bringing extensive experience and attention to detail to every project.

Jon received his residential inspection training and certification through the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), along with additional Master Inspector training and certification through InterNACHI. He also completed commercial inspection training through Carson Dunlop. Jon is a licensed Washington State Home Inspector (#1285) and attended the University of Washington, where he earned a degree in Economics.

Lara LaRose

Lara is the co-owner and business manager at Sound Structure Home Inspections. Working behind the scenes, she helps ensure the company operates smoothly while supporting an efficient and client-focused experience. Lara is dedicated to helping each client feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the inspection process.
