Jon LaRose
Jon LaRose is owner & inspector at Sound Structure Home Inspections, LLC. He strives to provide the highest quality inspection service available at an affordable price. He’s performed well over 4,000 inspections during his inspecting career.
Jon received his residential inspection training & certification through the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), additional InterNACHI Master Inspector training & certification, and commercial inspection training through Carson Dunlop. His Washington State Home Inspector license number is #1285.
Lara LaRose
Lara LaRose is co-owner and business manager at Sound Structure Home Inspections, LLC. She works behind the scenes to ensure the company’s business model is running smoothly. She enjoys helping clients have the best possible experience.
We are a locally owned business based in South King County with deep roots in the Puget Sound area. Jon was raised in Tacoma and attended the University of Washington Seattle, graduating with a degree in Economics.
